Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty. Within **10 days** of delivery of the goods, the Customer may request a return and obtain a refund of the purchase price. The Right of Withdrawal is not granted to legal entities (e.g., companies, resellers, etc.) or individuals acting for purposes related to their commercial activity.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice to SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi will promptly provide the Customer with instructions for returning the Products. The return must take place within 10 working days from the receipt of these instructions.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, including the original shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
To accept the return request, the following conditions must be met:
1. Shipping costs are always at the Customer's expense.
2. Products must be in the same condition as shipped and packed in their original packaging; they must not have been altered in any way.
3. The shipment is under the full responsibility of the Customer until confirmation of receipt by SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi.
4. In case of damage during transport, SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi will notify the Customer.
5. SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of returned Products.
6. Upon receipt, the returned Product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transportation. If the original packaging is damaged, or if the product has been used or altered, the Customer will lose their Right of Withdrawal as described below.
If the returned products are in good condition, SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi will process the refund within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued via bank transfer, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary bank details (ABI Code, CAB Code, and the account number of the invoice holder).
If the Right of Withdrawal is forfeited, SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi will return the purchased goods to the Customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs. In this case, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
SODOMA CERAMICS di Marco Bussi shall not be held liable for any breach of obligations if the performance is delayed due to a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure includes any event beyond reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of terrorism
- Storms, floods, fires, riots, sabotage
- Trade bans, strikes, power outages, equipment failures
- Shipping delays due to Force Majeure causes
- Orders or regulations from governmental authorities
- Acts of war, internet service disruptions, or actions/omissions by the Customer
In case of Force Majeure, contractual deadlines will be extended for the time necessary to overcome the consequences of the event.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.sodomaceramics.com is reserved and protected. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce trademarks and logos in use on www.sodomaceramics.com. The Customer agrees not to copy, modify, translate, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or exploit any information, in whole or in part, found on the website.
Customer Obligations
The Custom declares and guarantees the following:
- They are a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code.
- They are of legal age.
- The information provided for the execution of the contract is **accurate and truthful.
